With almost 16,000 students and 4,000 staff, UM offers a wide choice of academic programmes, all of which are designed to bring out the best in its students. That creates an international atmosphere that is attractive to Dutch as well as international students and employees.

With unique Europe-focused and international-oriented programmes. After all, UM is "Leading in Learning".

      Multidisciplinary research

Researchers at UM work in multidisciplinary teams and in close cooperation with international institutes, business and industry. Our high-quality researchers have attracted international attention by taking the lead in several large European research projects. However, we are not stopping there.
